A brief description of what our sitting practice includes.

Meeting times: Thursday evenings 7:00-8:15 pm

We meet for sitting and walking meditation, followed either by sutra, or a dharma discussion. We close with a recitation of the "Great Vows". Meditation instruction is always available.
